Mike, that's exactly what I decided to do - the benefit wasn't worth the
cost of continuing to try to figure it out.  However, as I understand that
v7 is written in Delphi, I'd put at least 50-50 odds on the exposure of this
and other properties.  I ain't placin' no odds||bets on methods yet,
'though.
