01. Run R:Style 2000 (ver 6.5++) to check the completion of
WHILE - ENDWHILE, SWITCH - ENDSW and IF - ENDIF blocks.
02. Make sure that ALL parenthesis are balanced
03. Make sure that ALL QUOTES are balanced
