Sage advisors:
I know that this might be a very simple question but it is causing a major
brain crash.  I have heard several ways of taking reports and forms out of
one database and using/importing them in another.  

I was trying to find the approved standard (for lack of a better set of
words).  

I did a search in the help section but did not find any documented
procedure.  

Can someone tell me the quickest and cleanest way?
