RBTI is fine where it is.
Personally I would move the wwwroot directory somewhere else just for 
security reasons.
The locations really don't matter.

I would make another directory somewhere not under INETPUB and put the 
databases in there.

Use the browse button and dig down to your #1 file to make sure you have the 
correct one.

You need to set up the data source on the server seperatly from setting up 
the data source on the development workstation.  It is just like on the 
workstation.  You need to set up the ODBC data source.  It is under 
start/settings/control pannel/administrative tools/Data Sources.
