Dan,

Sometimes the status flag is not assigned for a bug
or enhancement request submitted on RDCC until it
has been verified/replicated or fixed/tested before
the release of in-line patch.

The best suggestion I would make is to send a private
e-mail to: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] and ask
the exact status of your submitted bug/enhancement
request along with the reference number.

It is also very helpful if you have provided a sample
database with all necessary files and instructions to
replicate your bug. If you have done this already,
and if the RDCC members are able to replicate the bug,
then I can assure you that it will be taken care of in
the upcoming In-Line Patch-3 (Build:1.854xRT03).

Let me know if there is anything else I can do to
assist you.

Very Best Regards,

Razzak.
