G'day Kristie, If you have VB experience you could create a pgm that ran at the predefined times to initiate an rbase.dat file which fired up an apx file to print the report.
If you don't have the expertise to do that let me know and we would be able to adapt a VB aplet that I had written for me which prompts users when they have logged a reminder to call a person.
