It just happened again. I was sitting on an R:Base browse screen viewing data in a temporary table. I was on the phone with my arms crossed just looking at the screen and R:Base simply disappeared - terminated - died - croaked, kaput, etc. I am running Windows 2000 and the latest and greatest version of R:Base for Windows. The only other programs running at the time were Outlook 98 and a VAX terminal emulator. It wasn't time for the screen saver to kick in as far as I know. There are some background applications running such as Norton Antivirus Corporate Edition, and Track-It Remote.
It's like really, really weird. I can think of no reasonable explanation for it. Any ideas or thoughts?
