There are, each month, appx 95 files, ranging in size fm appx 1K to 700K, w/most between 1K and 10K. They are named according to an intelligible protocol Ddd_Cccc.TXT, 'D' f/District, 'dd' for District ID, '_' f/readability_separator, 'C' f/County, 'ccc' f/FIPS Code. They'll probably be located in a "Monthly" directory/folder, so they can be converted via "*.*" ; that is, they don't need to be converted one at a time, either by District or County.
However, extending this discussion, since y'all are being so helpful, each set of files for a given District, currently 01..08, will be attached to an e-mail, which will be sent to each District Office, according to that 'dd' identifier. It'd be cool to automate this, too.
