I'd check out VISIO, too, even if they are owned now by the evil Bill and
his Microsofties.  (Good thing they ain't MACROsofties!)  Hit the Visio
website and see what might be of help to you.  There will be a lot there and
probably not as much as in the product.  I/we have used it to document DB
structure, websites, etc, and we've barely scratched the surface of what it
can do.

Of course, you could write your own code in, say, C++ || VB, starting w/a
look at the form control propert "ToolTipText".  But I'd take an in-depth
look at Visio first.
