It works VERY well as long as the length of the first message is the BIGGER
than any that follow.

I've done this outside of a form and it looks good. Probably slows the thing
down a bit but at least you know it's doing something.

Should be possible in an EEP to bung a pause box on top of the form...

while ...
  do stuff ...
  set var vMessage text = ('your message' & .vYourVar)
  pause 3 using .vMessage
endwhile
