You know, Claudine, I
think you have a point. I don't know where it happened along the way, but
I think that somewhere in the transition from Mirocrim to Abacus to RBTI, the
original customer/user data(-base) was not transferred. I could be wrong,
but, had I not investigated upgrades/enhancements on my own part, I wouldn't
have known that RBase was still alive. That it is still alive is, w/o
quesion, thanks to RBTI, RBase customers/users, et al. However,
it does seem that the flow of information might be too limited, which would be a
problem f/both parties in the relationship, RBTI and the
customer.
I'd add though, and
definitely on the positive side, that this listserv is, well, if not perfect,
wonderful. However, traditional communications channels are still alive
and still valuable - I, like you, sort of stumbled upon it.
