Hi Eric,

I think so. If I remember right it was because some of the 
text was located on page 2. You need to reorder the fields. 
Go to Layout, then Change Field Order. Click the button 
Show Text Objects.

Reorder them so all the first page columns/vars/text shows 
up before the second page columns/vars/text. This also 
includes check boxes and dropdowns.
