The button on the first page is the last "field" - simply because to put it
anywhere else in the sequence is silly.
The button on the second page is also the last item - but it could go
anywhere as data cannot be changed on this page.

I suspect that David Blocker has hit on the solution:

"You have to make sure that the LAST field on page 1 in field order is an
editable field and the same with the FIRST field on page 2."

I have used a "CursorHold" variable in other forms for other reasons which I
_suppose_ that I could use on this form but it seems a strange way to
overcome the problem and it looks unsightly. I have not yet been able to get
a field like this to stay hidden behind others or not to change colour when
the cursor lands on it.
