Unfortunately, the application has over 200 reports many of which are very complex, with as many as 5 breaks and numerous subtotals, totals, lookups, etc. and also long; this is why the user wants to look at the results before printing. You do not want to print several hundred pages only to find out that your record selection was not quite what you wanted. A simple "PRINT" button on the browser as Dan Goldberg suggested would solve this problem. I wander if there is a way to replace the standard viewer with a different one that has this features; I seem to recall that Razzak showed a way to replace RBEDIT with a different editor, maybe the same is possible with the viewer.

Use a browser to display and print.
