Why not just use SCONNECT/SATTACH thru ODBC and then either project a new
table or append the data to an existing table.

Subject: MDB format

I received an access file from a customer and I want to convert it, and
show it in an RBase demo. What would probably be the easiest conversion
format? Should I ask them to convert it to dBase, Excel, or what?
