I know that the rbase.cfg file stores this setting, I am not sure it is also
stored with the database (RB1 File). You can try changing the setting for
this value in the rbase.cfg file using WordPad or any other text editor,
connect to a database and see if it overrides the database settings. If it
does, then you can get the settings from this file, if not then you are back
to square one.
