getting error message

I'm using r:base 2000 6.5++ for windows.   When I try to run one of my programs I keep getting the following error:   RBG65.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows.  You will need to restart the program.  An error log is being created.   Can anyone tell me why I'm getting this error message and what I can do to fix it?   I appreciate all help.  Thanks.  Tricia
