This has been my disappointment also, but my understanding is that if the
program expects a response from the keyboard, as in a dialog or a form (as
in form menus), then timeout cannot run while the code waits..... I don't
know if it is a limitation to all Windows programs or not.  Maybe just the
code base that the current version is written in (Watcom???  I don't
remember) 

Maybe Razzak can give us some hope for version 7.0????
