Is the Launch command going to wait for a process to finish in the 6.5++
patch.  If so, you can use the Scripting Popup command for your dialog box
that will timeout itself and if timed out, set a marker file (in the absence
of getting a return value from an extraneous source) for rbase to pick up
and direct the code accordingly.....I know it's a kludge, but workable....
