Does a ZIP EXIT also clear the memory like ZIP RETURN does? What is the
difference between the two?

Mike, in testing here we found that DOS sessions in W2K did not release
memory properly. In our DOS RBase applications we added a
trap for the operating system (CVAL('comspec')) and do a ZIP RETURN
periodically as the users navigate the menu structure to free up
the unused but allocated memory.
