Should anyone require e freeware that converts the decimal comma on the
numeric keypad to a decimal point which is very handy when running Dos
Rbase (version from 2.11 upto 6.5++) running R:Base with for ex. As I
with:
set curr ' ' pre 2 B
However it does not work in the windows version so I will log onto RDCC
and express some feelings about this
Please feel fre to contact me

I agree with the Greek viewpoint I havent given the problem any thought
for the last say 5
years since I convinced my users to accept f0rmat B with decimal point.
It is okey to wait to 7.9 version for this issue to be resolved

Many many years ago, I had the same problem with the DOS versions.
I also convinced ( I should say obliged !) my users to accept format B.
This was not too difficult, because most french accounting software uses
the decimal point ...
The reason is that french keyboards have no coma on the numeric pad but
have only a point.
The problem is different in Germany : As far as I can remember, on a
german
keyboard, numeric pad have only a coma.

I did not check formats A/C with RBW ...
