Karen Every time you Connect to a database that has SATTACH tables you must SCONNECT to that ODBC source again to use them.
What I do is put the SCONNECT ........ Set up my System DSN; the database to connect has no owner name or password. The first time I sconnect and sattach, I can use the tables just fine. But as soon as I disconnect my main database, reconnect and try to access the 2 attached tables, the ODBC connection box comes up asking for the userid and password. I've tried SCONNECT ... IDENTIFIED BY NONE (also PUBLIC) and it makes no difference. What am I doing wrong?
