well .. after some time away from the problem and some research on my end, I
found that our database here has some "iffy" column names. I took the
project home have made some modifications such as getting rid of the
"ZIPcode" column and I am having success now.... Although I am NO WHERE near
an expert but I might guess that if you are working with an older database
that you check it against the reserved/illegal word tables???
