New topic in Off-Topic: [Mac OS X] Looking for website creation application
pregan - Wed Jun 11, 2008 3:30 pm <http://forums.realsoftware.com/viewtopic.php?t=22859> Howdy-- I'm currently on the hunt for a website creation application that will allow me to create different components of a website (e.g. blog, static pages, forms, and the like) as a comprehensive whole. I currently make my own with some open source code and stuff I've hacked together myself. But I finally admitted to myself I'm out of my depth on this one as I was starting to work on some new additions to the site, and I'd much rather focus my efforts on content creation and my programming than seriously hacking PHP, HTML, Javascript, and the rest. Tweaking is okay, but doing this from scratch just isn't my thing at this point. I'm okay with spending a little bit of money on this, though I'm not really into the Dreamweaver level at this point (nor do I intend to be). I'm currently looking at SandVox, which was a runner up at the last Apple Design Awards, so if anyone has any feedback on that, that would be great because that's about the price point I'm looking to spend. But, if anyone has any experience with any others, I'd like to hear about it.
