Does anybody know an easy way to select a container in the IDE.

For example I have 4 bevel buttons 22x22 with icons which I am using as a
shortcut menu. So that I can group these I have placed them in a canvas 88x22.

At the moment I an right clicking and choosing select to select the container,
so that I can resize it or move it. Is there a control key (like shift + Mouse
click) to select the container a particular control is in.
