accused of terrorism

I'm a regular RB programmer but only as a hobby, so not working with it on a
daily basis. That is why there's probably a simple solution for my problem, but
I can't find a way to pull it off.

The program I'm working on has 3 different windows all having the same thread
that fills a listbox with document titles. These threads are created by
dragging a thread control on each window: the only way I know how to

Is it possible to create one global thread that does this for all three
windows? I guess it is, but I can't seem to figure out how to do this. Any help
would be appreciated.
