Does the Mac make them look glassy or 3D via operating system like on iPhone? or do buttons just look real plain on Mac? In Windows VB I used images that a designer created to look like buttons...and we had 3 states for hover, active and inactive... has anyone done that in RB or is that just not a good wAy to go? Drawback is if screen is maximized on large monitor images do not resize where as picture button I believe will resize... Also for main window form... is there a way to make the areas around all the controls look more 3d or perhaps metal like iTunes? Does that have to do with some sort of skinning? Just dont want app to look boring plain gray...
