I did it with simplier soft and outgrown, need more functional app builder. Looked at Real Soft and it looks tempting... but I can't find any good book or course that teaches really basics of it! Video I've seen are for very simple apps and anyway do not explain all the details (like why DIM is used etc, I found answer but as an example). In my previous experience I got much better explanations to the code I used. For example how can I build file manger, just simple one. How can I see a list of files on a drive or in a selected folder? Can't find answer. Maybe someone knows a secret source that explains all that??? I really want to plung into Real Basics but cautious as I do not know any good training source (and affordable one too!) and just buing it would not be any good as I will not be able to learn it anyway. Once you have a list of files to show, how you want to show them to the user is up to your imagination. The obvious and simple answer would be to use the ListBox control, though you can get much more (or less) fancy than that.
