If the app is not sandboxed, both Apple approved method works: 1) SMLoginItemSetEnabled 2) Helper App However, when the app gets sandboxed, both methods failed. If I use older methods, Apple rejects them. I'm not revisiting this issue. To those of you who develop apps for the Mac App Store, has anyone successfully implemented a way for users to autostart your app without being rejected? I have not touched RS in a while so things may have changed... (fingers crossed).
