Posts: 26 I want to use a gradient image on a window background
(the gradient is a PNG from transparent to red vertically - done in Photoshop)
Iv'e done the image very thin (10 pixels wide X 200 pixels high) because I
intend to stretch it horizontally but I want the gradient image to stretch with
the windows height and width. I know it can be done in the paint event of the
window but can't seem to figure out the coding. Any help would be much
appreciated.
I'm pretty sure its a Graphics.DrawPicture event in the window paint handler

Posts: 567 if the image is called grad and it is in your project

in the window paint event:

g.drawpicture grad,0,0,g.width,g.height,0,0,grad.width,grad.height
