This has to be done based on program conditions, NOT the user deciding to click another row (that works) basically I need an END_CELL_EDIT method, that when called... gets the same result. _________________ Dave Sisemore MacPro, OSX Lion 10.7.4 RB2012r1 Note : I am not interested in any solutions that involve custom Plug-ins of any kind Top Bob Keeney Post subject: Re: Force EDITCELL to completePosted: Fri Dec 21, 2012 10:22 am Joined: Fri Sep 30, 2005 11:48 am Posts: 3336 Location: Lenexa, KS Can't you just move the focus to another control? That will end the edit. _________________ Bob K. Don't Forget Your BKeeney! What happens is the the data the comes OUT (when buttn is pushed).. is the PRE-editted data... and when the other source goes into the listbox.. THEN the edit completes and over-writes the new source data for that cell with the POST-Edit from the previous Does that make sense?? It is like the EDIT completes AFTER I have re-populated the listbox already... I need it to complete BEFORE I move the data out _________________ Dave Sisemore MacPro, OSX Lion 10.7.4 RB2012r1 Note : I am not interested in any solutions that involve custom Plug-ins of any kind Top DaveS Post subject: Re: Force EDITCELL to completePosted: Fri Dec 21, 2012 11:10 am Joined: Sun Aug 05, 2007 10:46 am Posts: 4349 Location: San Diego, CA so far this seems to work Me.ListIndex=0 ClearFocus Me.ListIndex=current_row me.SetFocus send it to another row... and back again.... _________________ Dave Sisemore MacPro, OSX Lion 10.7.4 RB2012r1 Note : I am not interested in any solutions that involve custom Plug-ins of any kind Top timhare Post subject: Re: Force EDITCELL to completePosted: Fri Dec 21, 2012 12:17 pm Joined: Fri Jan 06, 2006 3:21 pm Posts: 11908 Location: Portland, OR USA me.SetFocus should be enough.
