It's too perfect in many cases. When we've used it with clients to do mockups they expect it to already work and the final output to be just like it but in reality it's just a mockup to get ideas. We've had really good luck with Balsamiq from http://www.balsamiq.com/products/mockups. Lots of options but looks hand drawn so everyone knows it's a mockup. The other option would be OmniGraffle at http://www.omnigroup.com/products/omnigraffle/. Mac only but very useful for a lot of different types of drawings. I have to agree with this statement. To a user the look is 99% of the project and they think you are already done and padding your bills.
