Location: Oklahoma I am using an SMTPSecureSocket to send a que
of email messages. I understand that the .MailSent event is supposed to fire
when the que is empty and all the messages have been sent, but I have no clue
what to put in the .MailSent event to get an information message to appear in a
static text control on my app's window saying "I'm done sending" or something
similar. The LR is pretty bleak on this. It only tells me what it does, but not
how to take advantage of it. (Using RB 2010.2.1 on Win XP)

I've tried putting the following in the SMTPSecureSocket.MailSent event with no
response, even though all of the emails are sent and received properly:

wEmail.stInstructions.TextColor = RGB(255,0,0)
wEmail.stInstructions.text= str(messagesSent)+" Reminders Successfully emailed;
"+str(failedToSend)+" Messages failed."
