I hope you understand... Try this: Sub DropObject(obj As DragItem, action As Integer) // some code to handle the DragItem // .............. window2.ShowModal End Sub - Drag & drop a item from the finder. (window2 will open) - Now wait more than 20 seconds - close window2 - Drag & drop again Here, the application will crash. (RS 2011 r4.3) Any ideas? It works if I trigger window2.ShowModal with a timer. It looks if the drag&drop action can not finished because of the modal window...
