Posts: 43 I installed cubesql on a windows pc and I'm accessing
it from 2 macs and 1 pc (not the pc where the server resides).

My little database has 3 tables and no more than 50 rows at a time. When
running my application on the mac's the computer just seems to stall out for
several seconds at a time (intermittently). Sometimes it up to a minute of
stalling out. The system progress wheel is spinning during this time. This
happens on the pc as well but only a few times a day versus several times per
session. Maybe once every 5 minutes or so. It's acting like it's processing
something big but as I said it's not more than 50 rows. And usually when its
happening, I'm not even performing database actions...

Anyone else experience this? Any suggestions to solve this?

Location: Boiling Springs, SC Yes...this why I wrote a cubesql
clone wrap a socket around the RealSQLDatabase class and you're all set...plus
you can debug issues when they occur without waiting for an update its a good
product...but I was not impressed.

Location: Arkansas - USA I developed an app for the school where
my wife works. Teachers use it to report attendance and monitor student
activity. When I've been logged into the server manager there is usually 50 -
75 connected clients. I've not heard of any issues from the school with what
you describe. The cubesql server is running on a Linux VPS.

Location: Guatemala, Central America I tested CubeSQL for a
project that was being proposed. It was a midsize project so I tested
accordingly and found no problems from Cube at all.

The project ended up on permanent halt so we didn't implemented Cube on
production but what I've seen I've liked.
