Thanks for the input on multipart forms.  I did not think that there was a
multipart that would work in a laser printer.  He will need to purchase a
dot matrix printer to print his quote forms.  He needs to be able to write
on the form and leave a copy with the customer.  He does not want to carry a
printer with him to produce quotes onsite.

There are "multipart" forms that are in effect a SINGLE sheet divided
into multiple sections.  Like all laserjets, they make a single pass
through the printer and "fuse" the toner onto the paper to set the
image.  There are no multipart (multi layer) forms for a laserjet
because there is no way to imprint through multiple sheets with
pressure, as with an impact (dot matrix) printer.
