Razzak I tried this and i got a message something to the effect that i wasn't allowed to use expression with note fields

Use the following UPDATE command to combine all notes into one: UPDATE tablename SET AllNotes = (note1col¬e2col¬e3col¬e4col) Now you have the AllNotes with every note from 1-4 note fields. Notes: 01.
