Mike
Now I know I am patient. I only click again after 3.5 nanoseconds (My
guess is that that is a greater time measurement then picoseconds)

To be serious though thanks for your not only humours input, but also
for your knowledgeable input to this list. Latest today I used some
valuable input from you on how to use ODBC connection for a SCONNECTED
AND I DON'T DARE to name the MS database I SCONNECT to. But it is
working better than I believed, when we had the discussion some months
ago!

>From that you can Judge that when it comes to Clicking I am SEMIFAST
when it comes to following your sound advice I am FULLY SLOW! But butter
slow than sorry so thanks again from pervious input!

Sounds like my wife is working there.

She double clicks "everything". Further if she doesn't see activity
within the
first 1.5 picoseconds (for the uninitiated, at the speed of light, light
travels just 9 inches each picosecond), she is likely to doubleclick
again...

So task bar items get launched twice, and more than one of program is
ill-behaved when a quick double click tries to start virtually
simultaneous
launches. Example is IE sometimes completely hangs on her XP box when
started
this way. I have threatened bodily harm, but she just laughs at me....
