Examine the report very carefully for fields that are outside the band where they are supposed to print. I have had this problem from time to time. I can see the value in the preview, but because the field has a pixel or two outside the band, nothing gets to the printer. Sometimes just clicking on all the filds (while holding the [shift] key) and then releasing [shift] and pressing the [^] key once or twice to move the bottom of the field up a bit, followed by [ctrl] and up or down to make absolutely sure that the field is completely inside the band will do the trick.
