of the variable lookups came over with word wrap NOT checked.
On every row of detail, this variable would report the same value.
Just for the heck of it, I checked the word wrap ON and now it works
just fine.

Could this be a bug?
A report converted from 6.5 had wordwrap checked.
These fields did not print.
I removed the checkmark for wordwrap and it then printed.
