Would there be a way to do this with only having one rba? With the external file I can connect to the database find the needed values disconnect and then launch the correct menu which then connects to the database.

Charlie, R:BASE 7.x for Windows Application Designer (Update 78 and higher) includes an option to achieve that goal. Application Designer | Properties | On Start Action ... You can also define custom [Actions] in Application Designer to handle each situation accordingly. Each user will access the same application as well as the same interface. Clicking on appropriate button or menu option will divert them to appropriate database/application, etc., including the parameters set to that particular action.
