[RBG7-L] - Field" not found

I seem to recall this was a problem in an earlier version for me, but I seem to have run into a form corruption of some sort.
I copied a form and moved / deleted some db edits, and added some buttons etc.  in testing, in a pop-up I get the error:

Field" not found

Then I can no longer enter data into dbedits the cursor is there, the data is not!!!
Before this, I was getting data from a previous row of data but I was not in EDIT mode (Enter using formname)
My quote setting is a single quote.
I reloaded.
I unloaded all then ran that file.
I re-downloaded the latest version (02/14/2005)
Autocheck shows no errors
Any more suggestions???  I do not want to redo the form again - it would take a lot of time, and I really want to know what's going on
