A few suggestions:
01. Make sure that the Label Template is set for "Laser and Ink Jet"
Label Designer | File | Label Templates... | Printer Information
02. You may also want to set the default printer to that exact laser
printer on the list of available printers:
Label Designer | File | Page Setup | Printer | Printer ...
