[RBG7-L] - Multi page form

I converted a form.
in 6.5++ the form is one page and has a scroll bar.
in converting to 7.1, I have the choice of one page or multi pages.
If I choose one page, it does not fit on one page and there is no scroll 
bar.
If I choose multi pages, I get three pages. In form designer, I cannot 
figure out how to get to page 2.  However if I use edit using, I can get to 
page 2 and 3, 3 is empty.

Question --
1. In 7.1 can we have a single page with a scroll bar where the entire form 
is longer than the screen size.
2. in 7.1 how do I get to page 2 to modify the form?
