No, it's still in Beta. A couple of months is the
estimate that I've been led to believe.
Is there a 64-bit XP
out to the public?

edition
Dan, I questioned
our mighty leader on that a while ago and it was an "in the future"
issue. I have had R:Base running on a 64-bit machines for a while.
It works well on XP-64 Bit but with my databases being personal and therefore
small I couldn't say it really is a bunch faster. When it gets
re-compiled in a true 64 bit version I'm certain it will be
faster. By the way, use 1gig memory to get the best of the 64-bit
Windows.

R:base 64 bit edition
Has anybody heard
of a 64 bit edition of R:Base??
AMD has had their
64 bit cpu out for about a year and Intel has announced their 64 desktop
cpu. With Intel coming out with their 64 bit desktop cpus I figure everyone
will jump on the bandwagon to get their 64 bit applications
out.
