This is certainly a puzzle! Grasping somewhat at straws, what are the scratch
settings? If you have them directed to a Windows Temp directory, her remote
connection (terminal services I assume?) would have a different profile than what
her local one would. However, if there were a directory access issue, I would think one would get an error message and not simply bad reports.
Symptoms certainly seem to be profile related as indicated by different results from different user names on the same equipment.
Was this system working fine with this person before and has just now started or is it a new user etc.?
