Thanks, I didn't think that still worked.  I didn't see it in some of the documentation - and pretty much everything is a property these days, and it wasn't listed....  I'll have to look at that big PDF file  - there is 200 pages on forms - quite a document.

Open the form in design mode.
Highlight the object
  Open the Object Properties
  Select Effects Page
  Put #DUP in the Default Value
