The Sony PS-LS250H has an internal pre-amp. Does it come with the software that you need to convert a vinyl record to a CD?

He had to describe where the little plug-in jacks are on my laptop like he was talking to an 8 year old. Wait, an 8 year old would know that stuff, so maybe like a 3 year old...
