David- Yes, When the directory tree folder is clicked the list box refreshes to that sub folder, but the CVAL(currdir) var does not reset. How do I capture that mouse click? I thought last night if I write an IF THEN stmt in the tab change, with full paths to all my subfolders, I would then be able to reset the var and change dirs and do whatever I want. That's why I asked if the ISTAT mouserow would work with the dir tree.
