I know it's redundant but --
we use the second table for many analysis and it's convenient to have the date there. My customer does a little programming at the R> and he convinced me to have it there.

It turned out that both tables have a date col, same name,
and although the dates are supposed to be the same, they weren't and that's
why the added row didn't show.

If they have to be the same, why keep them in the second table -- assuming it's
reasonable to change the database structure at this point.
